Popular sites known includes; Seguton hill that gives an opportunity of a clear view the Kerio valley, Morop hill with rich catholic history, 360 degree view of the Rift Valley Hills, Cheploch gorge the deepest gorge in east and central Africa and also known for deep diving.

 

Twenty minutes drive across the Kerio valley gets you to Kolol which is one to the deepest valley with a rich history of the 2nd world war where the remains of a war tanker remains can be traced . A visit to Kipngochoch hill enables a clear view of the centers of interest in Baringo and Nakuru county. At sunrise in the morning, a clear view of Mount Kenya at Kipngochoch and other neighboring sites. The road heading to Kerio valley has an amazing experience with ‘S’ turnarounds.

 

The neighborhood, 40 km away (around Lake Baringo) is a melting pot of diverse cultures and a showcase of the unexploited rich cultural heritage of the Nilotic people - Njemps, Turgen, Turkana and Pokot
